Delivery for Online purchases

For online purchases, the delivery is undertaken by an external associate across Cyprus.

For online orders, the delivery cost will be calculated based on the type of item(s) purchased. You will be able to see the cost in your basket before making the purchase.

Assembly and installation can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Delivery is planned by the transportation company. Customers will be notified of the day and time of the delivery

maison.com.cy delivery charges are applicable for all regions in the Republic of Cyprus.

The following costs represent the current charges as at 01/08/2022 for items purchased on maison.com.cy. Changes to these prices and terms may change from time to time and the latest valid terms shall be presented here.

ACS Courier provides delivery services (door to door OR door to ACS point) for items in the DECORATIVE category of maison.com.cy.

Courier Shipping costs: Door to Door from EURO 2.50 (incl. VAT) / Door to Point from EURO 1.50 (incl. VAT).

ACS Courier is not the delivery service for larger objects and/or furniture. See below:

Delivery cost is calculated based on the item weight as follows:

0-10 Kg – EURO 5.00

10-20 Kg – EURO 8.00

20-35 Kg – EURO 12.00

25-65 Kg – EURO 25.00

65-100 Kg – EURO 50.00

100-200 Kg – EURO 65.00

200-400 Kg – EURO 80.00

>400 Kg – EURO 0.25/Kg

Furniture:

1-3 Items – EURO 50.00

4-5 items – EURO 75.00

6-8 items – EURO 110.00

>8 items – additional EURO 20.00 per item

Corner Sofa – EURO 65.00

The customer is responsible for the arrangement and cost of a forklift service if this is needed for fulfilment of the delivery into customer’s space.

Note: If on the same purchase order both DECORATIVE items and FURNITURE items are included, then the Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and as per costing noted above. The delivery of DECORATIVE items arrives with the FURNITURE items.
