The terms and conditions which are described in the Return and Guarantee policy are valid for all the products which are purchased from the  Maison Concept & Objet   eshop at www.maison.com.cy.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders which are placed via the  Maison Concept & Objet  eshop at  www.maison.com.cy   can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. You must contact the Customer Services Department at tel: 22758333 and have your order number available OR if you have not kept the order number, to inform the Customer Services with the ordering name and date. 

RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND

In case you have changed your mind about an order placed, the products should be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as long as all the said products are within their original wrapping and in perfect condition.

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return. The product(s) must be returned to the   Maison Concept & Objet warehouse at:  Gianni Kranidioti 158, 2235 Latsia from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm (excluding public holidays).

In case the product(s) are not returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery/pick up, then the company has the right not to accept their return. As long as there is compliance with the terms and conditions of the return policy, the sales price of the returned product(s), will be returned in the same method as you made the initial payment (credit card, etc).

RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCTS

PRODUCT COLOR

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

GUARANTEE

The guarantee period is 2 years and is valid from the date of purchase of the product(s) (date of invoice).

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages are caused by the customer.
